Talon.One is an enterprise incentives platform that unifies loyalty, promotions, and gamification in a single engine. The platform is API-first and headless, integrating into any existing tech stack and works across any customer touchpoint, whether that is e-commerce, point-of-sale, mobile apps, self-service terminals, or customer service tools.
The platform consists of 3 core product areas:
Loyalty covers points, tiers, paid memberships, multi-partner programmes, and digital wallets. Rewards can be triggered by any customer behaviour, not just transactions. Programmes can span multiple brands within a single organisation.
Promotions covers coupons, discounts, product bundling, referrals, cart-level offers, and geo-localised incentives. Campaign evaluation logic governs how multiple concurrent promotions interact, with built-in budget controls and fraud protection.

All three areas operate within the same engine, so loyalty rewards, promotional offers, and gamification mechanics are evaluated together in a single API call at the point of transaction. Campaign creation and management is done through a code-free, rule-based interface, meaning business users can build, launch, and adjust campaigns without depending on development teams. The platform processes over 100 million campaign evaluations per day, with response times of 50ms at up to 2,500 requests per second. This holds true while evaluating hundreds of live campaigns, overlapping offers, and best-deal calculations simultaneously. Talon.One resolves and applies rewards at the point of transaction, in real time, within the same system that manages the programme logic. Tiers, points, member status, and the execution of the reward itself all live in one place. No handoff to a separate promotion system. When a member qualifies for a benefit, it is applied immediately. The customer sees the value in the moment, in any channel, whether that is e-commerce, point-of-sale, a mobile app, or a self-service terminal.
